YOGA60: All Levels
An all-levels 60-minute Vinyasa class, linking breath with movement and incorporating backbends, hip opening, twists and forward folds to increase mobility and improve overall circulation. This class will feature monthly focus areas, allowing students to experience a range of movements and work towards a deeper, more rewarding practice. The class is open to all levels of students with the teacher offering modifications.
YOGA30: All Levels
A faster, more vigorous (but still approachable) version of our YOGA60 class designed to provide a total body workout in 30 minutes. This class pairs perfectly with one of our 30-minute fitness classes. In addition to deeper variations of our signature movements, this class will incorporate more advanced movements and sequences to build heat and strength. Note, there is no savasana. This class is open to all levels of students with the teacher offering modifications.
YIN60: All Levels
YIN60 focuses on deep-stretching movements that allow your body to recover while also providing the opportunity to refine your yoga practice in a low-intensity format. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.

Terms and Conditions
Students must be at least 13 years of age to attend yoga class and 18 years of age to attend fitness classes.
Full time students with valid school ID and seniors over age 65 receive 15% discount on all class passes – must purchase in studio.
Ten class passes are valid for four months from first class of package.
Class passes are non refundable and cannot be shared.
No extensions are offered for expired class passes.
