A challenging workout combining cardiovascular, body-weight resistance, high intensity and endurance based (light) weight training movements. This class is designed to get your heart pumping, firming and toning your entire body.
ABSOLUTION: All Levels
A fast-paced and fun 30-minute class with a focus on toning and strengthening the entire core, including upper and lower abs, obliques and lower back.
Take our 60-minute SWEATProof class and cut it in half! You will still get a challenging workout with a focus on toning your entire, but will be in and out in 30-minutes. Feel free to stick around for the RXExpress Yoga class!
A 60-minute weight training class using barbells to help build major muscle groups.

Terms and Conditions
Students must be at least 13 years of age to attend yoga class and 18 years of age to attend fitness classes.
Full time students with valid school ID and seniors over age 65 receive 15% discount on all class passes – must purchase in studio.
Ten class passes are valid for four months from first class of package.
Class passes are non refundable and cannot be shared.
No extensions are offered for expired class passes.
