Meet the Instructors
Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher)
Julie has a passion for life. She has completed 10 half marathons, is proficient in crossfit, she cultivates a way-too-big vegetable garden, heck she even dabbles in golf.
But above all else, she has a passion for yoga. Julie believes that yoga students are some of the most inspiring athletes she has seen. Yes, yogis are athletes. Through her experience as a teacher and seeing yogis of all ages and varieties, she has seen her students overcome fear and gain confidence on a weekly basis.
Julie hopes that TrainRX provides a space where students can come and not only continue to grow their yoga practice, but also expand their fitness to incorporate an overall healthier lifestyle.

Bill is our head fitness instructor and a native and current resident of West Chester, PA. Growing up he was a multi-sport athlete and after graduating from Penn State has spent the last 18 years immersing himself in various fitness approaches, from short and long distance running to high-intensity fitness programs to yoga (and many places in between). His diverse, results-based approach to fitness is a reflection of his experiences and he seeks to keep individual athletes motivated and interested in improving their fitness level. Bill is a strong believer that the TrainRX fitness program can be adapted to individuals at all skill levels (and ages) and that fitness serves as the foundation for improving day-to-day life and athletic performance.
As a former NCAA football player, Chris knows what it takes to compete at the highest level. He is also a current collegiate baseball coach, and he continues to play baseball throughout the US and the Caribbean. His own personal training regimen is based on the TRAIN RX program, and he knows that it works! Chris has a passion for athletics which drives him to bring out the best in his athletes. He is excited to pass on this knowledge and training to his clients. Chris is certain that they will see the results that they desire. Whether the goal is to get back into shape or to train for the upcoming season, Chris will help you get there.
Ashley is an active, outgoing student at West Chester University who has found herself at home in West Chester and at TRAIN RX. Her fitness journey began about a year ago and quickly became part of an every day routine. This routine led to leading fitness classes where you can find her Thursday and Friday mornings. Outside of TrainRX, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and running 5k’s!
Lorraine Labus has been teaching public and private yoga for about 6 years. She first gravitated to yoga when her kids were little as a way to balance her fitness, running and the busyness of being a stay at home mom of three boys. She enjoyed the way yoga made her feel, more focused and relaxed.
She has completed two 200 hr trainings through the former Turks Head Yoga in West Chester, and Maha Yoga in Philadelphia, plus her 300 hr in Ayurveda from Brandywine Yoga. Lorraine considers her mentors to be Justicia De Clue (Maha), Maria Garre (New Mexico School of Yoga), Dr Vasant Lad (Ayurvedic Institute) and Shiva Rea (Prana Flow Yoga creator).
Her philosophy is “if you can move and breath you can do yoga”. She taught at the Y for almost five years and had a range of students from 18-70. Lorraine offers modifications, hands on assists, breathwork, meditation, restorative poses, inversions and loves arm balances. She enjoys working with people one on one to refine their practice and share her love of Ayurveda, (sister science to yoga).
